Holistic Wellness Session
Mind Momentum offers a 75-minute Holistic Wellness Session for Mums.
Are you a mum who often feels tired or exhausted, you worry much of the time, your emotions seem to get the better of you, and then that dreaded mum-guilt kicks in? …Perhaps you sometimes feel like motherhood, or juggling it all is way too hard?… And what happened to the fun you used to have before kids???
If this sounds familiar – this session might be just what you need. It’s time for you to take back control, and discover HOW you can do this!
This is a jam-packed session full of information, education and opportunities for questions relating to your emotional wellbeing, mental health and healthy coping strategies through motherhood (for mums who have had a baby within the last 6 years).
This is not a counselling or therapy session, but more of an interactive psycho-educational session.
