Cancellation Policy (all sessions) – Mind Momentum requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. If less than 48 hours notice is provided the full fee may be charged.
The time allocated to you, once you have booked and paid for your session, is held for you alone.
Mind Momentum will not take any other bookings for this time. There is no ‘wait list’ for client cancellations.
We hope you can appreciate that your time, and our time, is highly valued.
