Text-based chat is a great support option for women who aren't comfortable using their camera and/or microphone online. It is purely messaging by text-based chat for the duration of your entire online session. This can help to reduce anxiety or discomfort when it comes to reaching out for support, especially if you've never reached out before. Your online session will be for a full hour (60 minutes).
