Although I’m based on the Mid North Coast of NSW (Australia), we work together via Zoom video or mobile – so location is no barrier.
60 to 90-minute appointments are available Monday – Friday, from anywhere you choose, so long as you have a reliable internet connection.
Frequently Asked Questions:
* Do I need to see a GP for a referral?
No. Appointments are made directly with me, and are 100% private and confidential.
* Will my counselling or therapy records be shared in the Medicare System?
No. Your records are NEVER shared with any third party, and are NOT recorded in any online database – for your peace of mind.
No Doctor, employer, Insurance company, or the Medicare system will know about our sessions unless you tell them! (The only exception that applies to all counsellors is under relevant law, should your records be subpoenaed by a lawyer. This is standard practice across Australia).
* How many sessions will I need?
This is completely up to you. Following your initial, in-depth consultation, I will share my recommendations with you, and you can decide every step of the way, what feels best for you.

Cancellation Policy (all sessions) – Wendy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. If less than 48 hours notice is provided the full fee may be charged.
The time allocated to you, once you have booked your appointment with Wendy, is held for you alone.
Wendy will not take any other bookings for this time. There is no ‘wait list’ for client cancellations.
We hope you can appreciate that your time, and my time, is highly valued.
Of course, if you have exceptional/urgent circumstances, please email Wendy as soon as possible.
